Professional Organizers Christine Giri of Simply Organized and Kelli Wilson of
A Simple Plan met at a local NAPO chapter and continued to bump into each other at various networking events. They met again at a breakout session on the eMyth Revisited by Michael Gerber at a regional NAPO conference.
They decided to team up and work on building their individual businesses using the eMyth principles. They committed to supporting each other and keeping each other accountable – they called themselves Success Buddies.
While sharing their stories with each other they came to realize that even with over 40 years of combined corporate experience in project management, customer service and sales, still more knowledge was needed to build a successful small business. They found that there was nowhere to go for a comprehensive understanding of what needs to be done.
The business development training available for Professional Organizers was not taught by experts in those areas but rather by Professional Organizers.
Christine and Kelli began to search for experts in these areas to learn more about how to apply these key elements to their businesses. They decided they would bring these experts together and provide a single resource to help others navigate the obstacles of growing their business. SB International was born and Educating Organizers was developed for the Professional Organizing industry.
